Burtville Developments speeds up work on six new projects in Abu Dhabi

The projects are strategically located in Yas Bay on Yas Island and Masdar City, two of Abu Dhabi’s top destinations for real estate investment and sustainable urban living.

In Yas Bay, Bab Al Qasr Residence 25 has reached 17% completion, while Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 stands at 14%. In Masdar City, known for its eco-friendly infrastructure, Ville 11 leads the pace with 62% completion, followed by Ville 12 at 11%, and Bab Al Qasr Residences 18 & 19, both at 11%.

Burtville has pledged to complete all six developments by end of 2028, further solidifying its reputation for timely delivery and enhancing investor trust in the UAE real estate sector.
