Burtville Developments Announces Rapid Progress on “Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22” in Al Raha Beach

In Abu Dhabi, Burtville Developments has announced significant progress in the construction of its Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22 project located in Al Raha Beach, according to the latest update issued by DARI, the official real estate platform of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi.

The engineering report dated November 21, 2025, confirms that the project has reached 7% completion, outperforming the planned schedule by 6.21%. This advancement reflects the project’s strong on-site performance and Burtville’s firm commitment to the approved development timeline.
