Burtville Developments Launches 6 New Projects in Abu Dhabi
Burtville Developments expanded its operations during 2025, as the company combined strategic expansion with accelerated execution across its project portfolio in Abu Dhabi. During the year, it launched six new residential projects, alongside achieving rapid progress on eight projects under development, including one project that won two prestigious regional awards, reflecting the strength of planning and discipline in execution.
And By year-end, all ongoing projects had exceeded their expected construction milestones, reflecting disciplined project management and operational efficiency.
Projects Launched in 2025
In March 2025, Burtville launched Bab Al Qasr Resort Residences 18 and 19 in Masdar City, In May, the company introduced Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 – Yas Bay,
In June, Burtville introduced Ville 12 – Masdar City, In August, Burtville unveiled Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22 – Al Raha Beach. In September, the company launched Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 66 – Masdar City,
By December 2025, all ongoing projects had exceeded their planned construction schedules. Notable completion rates included:Ville 11: 91.3%, Ville 12: 34.3%, Bab Al Qasr Residence 25: 33.13%, Bab Al Qasr Residence 31: 33.23%, Bab Al Qasr Resort Residences 18 & 19: 32.43% and 30.46%, Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22: 10.79%, Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 66: 5.91%.
In September 2025, Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22 received two awards at the Arabian Property Awards 2025–2026: Best Development in Abu Dhabi, Best Architectural Design
In 2026, Burtville is set to launch new residential projects across Al Reem Island, Al Raha Beach, and Masdar City, as part of a measured expansion strategy aligned with Abu Dhabi’s evolving residential demand.
